Solarcraft’s ECONO-PAK™ is a low cost solar power or DC-UPS (AC line power) backup solution for loads from 20WDC up to 130WDC.
It is a good choice for low cost radio systems, temporary field power, or small backup power systems, for applications ranging from gas detection to controls. Using your components or ours, the Econo-Pak is easily integrated for your application.
The single compartment NEMA 3R aluminum enclosure is vented to allow battery gas or moisture to escape the enclosure. Powder coated aluminum, fully welded construction, gasketed doors, and integral mounting brackets make it a sturdy long lasting alternative to inexpensive fiberglass enclosures.
Besides being a primary power system, the Econo-Pak is a useful resource for field-testing and other short-term applications. Despite its low cost, it is a reliable and versatile power system.
There are four Econo-Pak™ options:
- Mini with room for 9Ah @ 24V, or 18Ah @ 12V
- Small with room for 32Ah @ 12V or 18Ah @ 24V
- Medium with room for 110Ah or (2) 36Ah batteries
- Large with room for (2) 110Ah batteries
Standard solar sizes from 20W, 30W, 40W, 65W, 85W, and 130W; or DC-UPS 30W, 70W, 100W; 12VDC or 24VDC.
