Solarcraft designs and builds complete gas analyzer systems and integrated custody transfer metering systems. Our UltraStrut™ modular steel shelter is designed to meet a midstream gas analyzer system's specific temperature and load requirements.
The UltraStrut™ shelter features powder-coated steel wall and roof panels that support heavy equipment on integrated channel struts. These hard attachment struts are spaced every 24 inches, inside and outside the shelter, for heavy load bearing and flexibility to add, remove, or reposition components without drilling into the walls.
Modular wall panels are precision fabricated; options include HVAC, vents, bulkheads, doors, windows, and interior seal walls. Our patented design delivers an R-23 thermal rating to moderate the ambient temperature inside the shelter.

About Our System
- Widths of 8 and 10 feet; length dimensions increase in 2-foot increments up to 24 feet; Outside wall height 8 or 10 feet with a sloped roof.
- Modular steel powder-coated 2-foot panels are purpose-built for HVAC units, pipe bulkheads, interior seal walls, ventilation, doors, and windows.
- Overall R-23 rated thermal-efficient equipment shelter has 5" fire-resistant rock wool insulated wall panels; high density plastic between structural struts prevents thermal bridging.
- Patented-design, recessed integrated channel attachment points are spaced 24" apart, inside and outside, and are high weight-bearing for highly sensitive analyzer and sample equipment
