Design Philosophy and Five-Year Warranty

At Solarcraft, we believe that our quality solutions save customers time, money, and reputation. We proudly stand behind all our systems by offering a Five-year Warranty. 

1. Warranty Period: The warranty term is five years from the date of shipment.
2. Coverage: The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for products manufactured by Solarcraft, Inc. It does not cover components made by third parties, which have their own separate warranties.
3. Actions on Defects: If a defect is found within the warranty period, Solarcraft will either repair or replace the product at its discretion.
4. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
   
   • Other warranties, whether expressed, implied, or statutory, including those for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, if they exceed the coverage described.
   • Loss due to theft.
   • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modifications to the system, vandalism, improper storage, improper maintenance, lightning, or natural disasters.
5. Limits of Liability: Solarcraft is not liable for damages resulting from the product's failure. Additionally, no agent or sales representative has the authority to change the warranty terms.
